Who We Are:
We are professional real estate investors who use a problem solving approach to offer solutions for people who are looking for a great quality affordable rental unit. As former renters, we use that experience to build a better product that meets the needs of our tenants whether they are with us as a stepping stone to home ownership or prefer to rent long term. Although we may not always get it right the first time we are committed to continually improving our product to make it the best that it can be!
How We Do It:
We buy properties that are in need of some Tender Loving Care in vibrant city neighbourhoods with the intention of upgrading the suites, the common areas, and the grounds while establishing a positive tenant community and a “hands on” approachable management team.
We strongly believe that our business is not only about the apartments themselves but also about the people who live and work in our buildings. We are committed to treating everyone with respect and strive to provide an open line of communication so that all concerns are handled in a timely and fair fashion.

Volunteers make the difference in the lives of all the families that benefit from Habitat for Humanity both locally and abroad.
In our local community, Habitat for Humanity Edmonton, has built over 156 homes in Edmonton and the surrounding communities since 1991 serving hard working families who want a hand up not a hand out by providing safe decent affordable home ownership.
As a company, we have engaged in Habitat International initiatives and are proud to be among those volunteers building homes overseas that have completely transformed a family’s life. We are passionate about donating a percentage of our profits to the organization to help them continue their work around the world and locally.
We believe in the importance of investing in our community and have decided as a company to contribute to the Habitat for Humanity Edmonton affiliate by donating a $1.00 of every rent check every month so that the community can experience the magnitude , the fun, the intensity and the amazing changes that the Habitat for Humanity program can give to others.
