Do you know a friend, family member or co-worker who’s looking for an apartment to rent? If they move in to a Step Ahead property at your suggestion, you’ll each receive $100 in cash!

 

 

Some conditions apply, so review the information below; and make sure the person you referred completes and submits the form at the bottom.

 

 

There’s no limit on the amount of referral cash you can collect, so keep the referrals coming!

 

 

Conditions:

 

1.Those making a referral may be submitted by an existing resident at a Step Ahead property whose tenancy is in good standing.

 

2.The friend, family member or co-worker referred by an existing resident must become a resident at a Step Ahead property and pay their first three months rent on time.

 

3.The form below must be completed and submitted to the Resident Manager prior to the referred resident moving in.

 

4.$100 cash will be paid to the person who made the referral and to the new resident within five business days of the third month’s rent being paid.
