Step Ahead Properties Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have
hired a new
property management company to better serve the needs of our
valued
residents.
As of October 30, 2009, Mayfield Management Group Ltd. will
provide property
management services to all of our Edmonton properties.
The new Emergency Maintenance pager number is 780-480-2483.
Recent Improvements – We’ve Been Busy!
Thank you to all of our residents for their patience and cooperation during our recent renovations; and thanks to our vendors and trades people for the great job they did.
Here’s a list of recent improvements and plans underway:

Completed:
- New lawn signage
- Cigarette disposal at the entrance
- New security door at front entrance
- Photo sensitive lighting installed outside the building
- Bulletin board and suggestion box at the entrance
- All balconies resurfaced with Duradeck
- Parking lot repaved; curbs and lines added; stalls are being assigned
- Front walk and step replaced
- New colonial columns added at the entrance
- Landscaping including feature boulders, new trees, new grass, and bedding areas
- Interior stairwell railings replaced
Coming Soon:
- All balcony railings, doors, soffits and fascia are being replaced
- All windows are being caulked and sealed
- A thermal product will be installed to improve radiator performance in units
- All toilets are being replaced with a “low flush” model, as part of our environmental program
- Water efficient shower heads are also being installed
- Energy efficient light bulbs will be installed in the hall ways
