Terms & Conditions:

1. Only referrals made by an existing resident at one of our Step Ahead Properties' whose tenancy is in good standing, will be reviewed.
2. The friend, family or co-worker referred by an existing resident must become a resident at one of our Step Ahead Properties' and pay their first 3 months rent on time.
3. $100 cash will be paid to the person who made the referral and to the new resident within 5 business days of the 3rd month's rent being paid.
